All internal cushions are made of cold cure moulded foam, seats, backs and arm elements within our furniture. Moulded foam is far superior, for comfort and durability, than other foams in the market place. The density and hardness of the moulded foam will vary from approx. 40 to 55 kgs/m3, depending on whether it is used in the seat, back, arms or on a footstool top.

The quality chemicals used in the production process are delivered by the most renowned suppliers in the market. When combined with the hi-tec equipment used this guarantees excellent comfort and high durability. Please note that all foams are “seasoned” prior to use allowing all residues of the chemical process to evaporate.
